Get a Connection

For new water hookups at existing properties or for new construction. This form is only available in PDF format and must be notarized and submitted in-person at the District offices. Please refer to our Get Connected page for more details, instructions and forms.

Name Change

For changing the owner name on an existing property. There is a $10 application fee that is charged to the account in the next billing cycle.

Tenant Connection

For sending the water bill to a tenant of a rental property; this form must be submitted by the property owner. There is a $10 application fee that is charged to the account in the next billing cycle.

Reduced Rate

For eligible customers — veterans/military, seniors and the disabled — applying for a 50% rate decrease of the quarterly water meter fee. Please refer to our eligibility guidelines before submitting the application.
