How to Read Your Bill
Most customers have two line items on their bill, as follows:
Water Consumption Charge – This is the charge for the amount of water used in each billing cycle
Service, or “Meter” Charge – This is the service charge for the water meter
There are different rates
for in-district and out-of-district customers. Additional charges may be assessed for special services such as new or modified connections.
